Terms of Service & Payment Cancellation Policy
The terms governing D-vibes Studios bookings, payments, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

Important: By proceeding with a payment for a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these payment and cancellation terms. This policy is intended to clearly communicate the studio's commercial terms and does not exclude any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.
1. Services
D-vibes Studios provides music production services including recording, mixing, mastering, beat making, artist development and related studio services. The specific service, session duration and agreed price form part of the booking agreement.
2. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after the studio accepts the booking and the required payment is received. Where a booking offers a deposit option, the deposit secures the agreed session while any outstanding balance remains payable under the booking terms. A client may also choose full payment where that option is offered. All payments must be made through the payment method provided by the studio or an approved payment link.
3. Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy
This section applies to paid studio bookings that are cancelled by the client. Refund eligibility is calculated from the scheduled session start time to the time the cancellation is received by the studio. The refundable amount is calculated against the amount actually paid for the cancelled booking, subject to any non-refundable third-party charges that cannot reasonably be recovered.
4. Cancellation Refund Schedule
7 or more days before the scheduled session: 100% refund. 3–6 days before the scheduled session: 75% refund. 24–48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: 25% refund. No-show: 0% refund. Where a cancellation falls exactly on a stated boundary, the applicable higher-notice tier applies (for example, exactly 48 hours is within the 24–48 hour tier).
5. Rescheduling
A client may request to reschedule a booking. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and confirmation. A rescheduled booking retains the original payment unless the studio confirms otherwise. Repeated or last-minute rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation under the applicable refund tier.
6. No-Show & Late Arrival
A no-show means the client does not attend the scheduled session and has not cancelled or obtained written confirmation of a change before the session. A no-show is not eligible for a refund. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booked session beyond its scheduled end time.
7. Studio Cancellation
If D-vibes Studios must cancel a confirmed booking and cannot offer a mutually acceptable replacement time, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking. This does not limit any rights available to the client under applicable law.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the original payment where supported. Refunds may take additional time to appear in the client's account depending on the payment provider and financial institution. A refund being marked as processing means the refund request has been submitted and is awaiting final provider confirmation.
9. Ownership & Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their original recordings and compositions. Beats purchased under a lease license remain the property of D-vibes Studios and are licensed, not sold, unless an exclusive rights agreement is signed.
10. Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. We will communicate proactively if circumstances require additional time.
11. Client Conduct
D-vibes Studios expects clients to treat staff, collaborators and the studio space respectfully. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive, threatening, unsafe or seriously disruptive conduct.
12. Limitation of Liability
D-vibes Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
